An arbitration case study relating to a marine incident involving lawyers and expert witnesses.
The aim is to familiarise marine surveyors with the court/arbitration process and to expose them

to the type of cross examination which is likely during the process. Representatives from each sector will present and discuss their individual role in a real situation. Interactive participation from delegates will be encouraged with questions, suggestions, etc.
